By using the Nezam platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. The Platform is provided by NOMEDA ("we", "us", or "our").

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • All activities that occur under your account. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. • The accuracy and completeness of the data you provide. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or misuses the Platform.

• Pricing plans: The Platform offers various subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro) as described on the pricing page. • Add-on features: Additional features can be activated individually or through discounted bundles. • Trial period: Each paid feature has a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, the paid subscription activates automatically. • Billing: Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable except in exceptional cases. • Late payment: In case of late payment, access to paid features may be suspended until processing. • Price changes: We may change our prices with 30 days prior notice.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited use includes: • Attempting to breach Platform security or gain unauthorized access. • Using the Platform to distribute illegal or harmful content. • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others. • Using the Platform in a way that causes damage or disruption to the service. • Reselling or leasing access to the Platform without written permission.

All content, trademarks, software, designs, and user interfaces of the Nezam platform are intellectual property owned by NOMEDA. You may not: • Copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform without written consent. • Use our trademarks or logos without permission. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. Your data: You retain all rights to your own data entered on the Platform. We have a license to use this data to provide services to you.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that: • The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. • Results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable. • The quality of any products, services, or information obtained through the Platform will meet your expectations. In no event shall NOMEDA be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform for any reason, including violation of these Terms. • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. • Prepaid amounts are non-refundable in case of termination due to Terms violation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA). The language of arbitration shall be Arabic, and the place of arbitration shall be Cairo, Egypt.
